SYF 7th April
Today was the BIG day, the day that only comes once in every 2 years. Yes, it is SYF. Even though the band did not achieve the colour of the medal that we desire, it was a great experience. Many seniors cried, but my floodgates did not burst. Not that I am immune or I do not care, but I was happy that I enjoyed the 20mins I had on stage playing with the band for the last time and of course I did my best. Indeed I feel sad and reluctant to leave the band. Remembering back when I first step into the band room, undergoing practices that were filled with horror and terror; others filled with laughter and joy. Sweet, sour, bitter, salty, I tasted it all. Time seem so pass so fast, even though I complain about the long hours, bearing scoldings, it is those times where make me miss the band the most. Now, I feel kind of empty, as band usually chokes up my time and force me to have proper time-management, just not use to having so much time to myself. Miss making music…..
Here, I would like to thank all the teacher-in-charge of band, my conductors and my seniors for making my journey in the band so meaningful and wonderful. Special thanks to my bassoon senior, beloved base clarinet seniors: Wei Kuan & Siying-thanks for guiding me and taking care of me and watch me grow up. Fumis band members, so loyal and passionate, going through thick and thin together, thanks for the support.

Hey everyone, long time no chat!
many events just passed, like my common test 1, sport carnival....
Very busy, busy busy. One think you know, I HATE being busy!!!!!
Because if you so happen to realize the word busy in Chinese characters '忙' it actually means the HEARt is dead.
Pity are those who are always so busy.
Anyway, i manage to find time off and blog to update readers on my latest events.

Sports Carnival:
My last SC was on the 13/3 the Friday. WOooo, sound spooky right?
Nah! It rained on that day after the end of the core game. Saddening? wasted?
Well, in my opinion, it was very frustrating to have my last SC in school ended like that. However, MY WISH was to be able to play netball alongside with Siying, Felicia, Meihui, Phyllis and Yihui aganist any worthy opponent. That simple. Well I got my wish, as after the school was dismissed. Siying, Feli, Meihui, Phyllis and I stayed behind got a netball ball and play with some sec 2s. Though playing against the sec 2s is not much fun, as we were better? I still had FUN.
Not winning anything material items but the time spent with each other playing the game that brought us close together that really matters. The greatest prize i got from SC. And also, i really do not want to play AGAINST my friends.
soft-hearted? Maybe, yes I am. I am like this. can't change. Made specially by God.

SYF:
Yes, indeed the competition that every performer from all the schools in Singapore is waiting for.
This is my 2nd year participating in this event. So exciting! I go to admit that now I am more mature enough to have a clearer goal for this SYF. I do not know if i am able to achieve, but I that God is in control and he alone will determine the results.
Through the long and tedious hours of practising almost 5 times a day. A friend of mine commented that we do not have a 'LIFE'. The truth is I do have a 'LIFE' even though i am always pack with band practices. I am enjoying every single moment i a seated in the band room. It is whenever music is made. Band is a not just a CCA that I join when I was sec 1 but a life changing experience desspite the long practices.
Anyway, about SYF. Coming tuesday. nervous? A bit. In my own opinion, I feel that my school band indeed improving, GREAT JOB ppl! But the real show is on Tuesday. Some keep our fingers cross and continue to work hard for the remaining ONE last practice.
Pray: That God will watch us and e other band who are competing. Bless them.
or all my school band members, to keep them in the pink of health and to Do their best for the competition.

Hey everyone! First and foremost a Happy Lunar New Year! Not really very excited about it because I am currently loaded with loads of HOMEWORK! But never mind, it is a blessing right? Still be able to study. If HOMEWORK= Ang Paos, I will be filthy rich. Hahaha. Rich in knowledge is more like it!
Last week was a really short week because yesterday was a half-day and Tuesday (20/1) was a half school day, sadded I missed my double period Maths. Sob sob. Mr Radha is like the coolest, he is super funny, he is definitely on my “My favourite teachers” list.Oh ya, and one more thing, the band completed the SYF drill video! Yay! Praise the Lord!

Hey everyone! Miss me? Haha will update. NOW!
Well, today, was a superb day. LOVE ENGLISH! During English lesson, played TABOO, it was so fun. I never played that before but I did watch others play before and thought it was not fun as it was like half a class in one group-too big.^^ With the simple and terrible English I spoke in, surprisingly, I was able to relate to my team and won many points. In the end, it is not about whether we win or lose but to have fun and bond with the new classmates I have.

Then, as usually, Band after school and I requested to have fall ins before the start of the practice. I have to agree that it is scorching hot out there. Lets toughen the BAND! Biong very nice, I changed the venue of the fall in, however wasted alot of time moving. First time, so great experience. During the band practice, I saw a great improvement in the band's attitude. More positive. Thank God for the change in attitude and ofcourse the scolding the band had, which woke the up.

Please pray with me that: The band to continue this positive mindset of theirs, will perseve on with the long hours of practice. So that the band can make music-a gift from God and uphold the good reputation of the band-one that the seniors put alot of effort in developing.

Hello everyone!
Went to see

With Amanda, Abigail and Zena. It is really nice to hang out with a different group of friends.^^

As for Amanda and Zena, it has been a long time since we hang out besides in church.

Should hang out more often.^^

The movie was AWESOME! I love the first part when they show alex and the rest when they were only babies!!! SO CUTE!!!!

Some whacky moments and really funny, you should catch sometime.

Ya, and before I forget. The person who bought the tickets choose the COUPLE SEAT!!!

HAhahahahaha. Still cannot get over it. But it is a good experience, actually the couple seat is nothing much because it is still a seat but with moveable arm rest.

Then the person seating beside Amanda is so noisy. Kind of funny but iritating at the same time.

Ohya, someone step on abigail's feet. poor abi. Hahaha. 'heng' she change slippers, if not her froggy will kanna.

Anyway, really happy.

Hello! Trying my very best to update your on my current events.
Well, just had my student councilor camp. ya even though it is only 2 day 1 night.
I enjoyed myself alot, both times when i was having fun and laughing my heads out to the time where i was shivering in fear.
Most memorable was the amazing race. I just left the band without lunch. so the race started out while I was still eating. When I started to eat, Tong Jun-my group leader, shouted and ask the group to move quickly.
very chaotic at the moment, then i was rushing to keep the lunch pack and RUN!
the best part was, my whole group WALK from woodlands to chong pang-Yishun.
That is what I call amazing!
so proud of myself and the group.
Realized that even though there is no transport available, your 2 legs will always carry you!

Hello people out there! Back from NCO camp. so I will update your on the camp kk.

During the camp, drum majors all kanna the hot sun and rain while the band majors relaxed in the music room which is air-conditioned. So jealous but what they do is only playing of the instrument so, so BORING!

Drum majors the programme is foot drills, display technique and mace work. All under the sun.
That is where I start to get darker and sunburn.

I will be recaping some interesting things during the camp

I remember on the first day of camp.....

The camp started out going into a foreign country, because over there I do not know ANYONE and Nickie decided not to go as she has Chinese lesson.

So I was alone!!!

Luckily I know some of Nickie's friends- band majors and I met dawn-CHIJ drum major.

I met her in Beijing, both of us is BASSOONIST yeah man!

At least now not so scary.

But then ar, Nickie's friends wanted to take taxi on the 1st day. Me no $$.

At that time the bus 171 came so me and Dawn with her BM "chiong" and took bus to the CCA branch.

ya then the hard work came. Foot drills. Mace technique. Display technique.

The weird thing is when ever when we did footdrills, the sun will shine strong on one side. So in the end one side of me is slightly darker then the other. Don't laugh. I mean it.

Then during the break the sun hid behind the clouds and after the break the sun came out.

Funny right.

Ohya, the instructor for the mace right is so fierce. Sob sob.

During the mace training, it poured and have to train in the rain. Got headache after that.

Elvira said she saw me at the CCA branch while she was training for her track and field.

Haha. WOW!

Then on the 2nd day....

Went with Nickie and plus the band major from Orchid park.

Never thought of finding the major from the schools riverside will be joining for the concert on 12 dec.

The camp start when the drum and band majors where spilt into the different groups.

Meet this guy from Presbyterian sec. He is very irritating

After marking attendance, had footdrills as usual.

This time my footdrills group got a new NCC instructor. I think he is better then the 1st day cos he is louder and funnier.

Then we did the jalan with small steps.

The stupid part is when the helpers from 33rd NCO was walking around, they walked faster then my group.

haha.

During the break, I had to find the regent sec DM. But end up pronouncing the wrong thing.

kanna laugh at but never mind

I did manage to find the Orchid park DM-amirul, trombone player.

Then Drum major had display technique.

I met this guy-Darren from bedok view.

He is another irritating guy.

He keep on pushing me, because I am in front of him, to move to the position but it is not the time to move.

Ahyo!!!!

Just like Mr Low, Darren started calling me 'minn minn' because I wore my class tee.

Calling me 'minn minn' is okay but laughing at me is another thing.

Then it is like come contagious thing, Xian Qin from Kuo chuan also started calling and laughing

At first it sounds irritatin but come to think of it, it made me popluar and kind of miss those times.

the rest of the day was on mace training.

The most unforgetable part was when there is LIGHTING warning and we were practizing the part where we need to lift our mace up.

thank God that nobody was hurt.

For the 3rd day, not many people came because there is 'o'level higher mother tongue going on.

Ohya.

I remember that day the DMs eat lunch very fast, don't know why, so the Dms gather at the dance studio, hang out and chill.

I joined a group of malay guys.

They are really very high and crazy.

We had so much fun talking about nothing and right now i miss hanging out with them.

To laugh like nobody's business.

just to laugh and let loose. Good relieving technique!!!

Then there was games, well I perfer mace to games.

But the day ended with kallang wave. WEEEE!

4th day:

It started to rain in the morning where we need to do our mace. sadded

However, the sun came out after the rain.

Terrible for us.

Why?

Look at the field. One thing a girl don't like is the mud.

worst is it is not solid but half liquid and solid. EWWWWWWW. don't even talk about the shoes.

However, when ever I look at my shoes and become so disgusted and plunge into depression. I Looked at the other DMs. Not forgetting those guys wearing long pants, ahaha. Anyway everyone is undergoing the same thing TOGETHER. WE win together, suffer together.

Went home very late that day.

The last day was the BEST! We had the passing over parade. Really fun but sad at the same time because I will be leaving my new found friends. However, it was amazing to see everyone in their own individual band uniform.

This NCO camp is really a great experience and I will not mind going back there again. Even though I do not know the DMs and BMs really well but there is sth that we have in common--passion for music and we are all leaders. Amazing right. I really miss the time spent in the camp especially the people there even though they are somewhat irrritating. ^^

HEY people! Miss me? Well, my end-of year is coming to an end. Tomorrow is THE last paper, mcq ONLY, how hard can it get?

Overall, as long as I know:" I had fought a good fight, I have finshed the race and I have kept the faith" 2 Timothy 4:7. I am fine with the grades that I will be getting. Maybe shed a tear or two when the results come up, who knows?

Guys, guess what is coming up? I am currently working on my beijing trip post, got overloading pictures!!!!! Computer lagging so got to take it slow and steady.

Guess what? My brithday is coming! Haven't thought on how to celebrate. But come to think of it, it is only a day just like any other.

Day 1---17 June:

The first DAY! Okay, I admit that half of me wasn't excited about this trip due to the nightmare I had last year but the other half was otherwise...... So my dad could not send me to the airport so I took the school transport at a price= must move the instruments to the airport. No as easy as it seem cos got 3 BIG TUBA!!!!!!

At the airport, first time in TERMINAL 3!!! Jealousy? Love the everything, maybe because it is new and fresh! Check the pictures I took..........

After lunch, went to the beijing 'music school' like the NAFA in Singapore.

That place is the competition place.

We had indiviual materclasses.

As usual, I will go alone.

At first I was very scare cos got nobody i know....

Later all the bassoonist settled in a small room with the instructor.

At first there was silent in the air then we started chatting like siao because girls click VERy well together.

the instructor did not do too much because instruments MISSING!

19 JUNE:

The forbidden city is really HUGE! I wish my house is like that but instead of the some kind of buildings that look exactly the same, it must have all the 'in' things and let everyone I know stay with me so not so scary at night!^^

So we had to change and to school uniform because need to go back to the music school. But for we go, went to another place, forget the name....

20 JUNE:
today wake up extremly early because we were heading to

So exciting because trya and the american's next top model were there and it is a must-go place when in china if not you can forget about the whole trip lor!

Prayed and Played Piano in service today

Common test is currently OVER!!! That explain me being extremely free. Well this weekend is very exciting and at the same time memorable. Before I start, i am proud to say that Singapore had WON......................a silver.

Today was my very first time to play during the worship service.

It all started on Thursday night, I went to my room and looked at my handphone.

There was a message from Annabelle asking me if i want to play that only song--'Lord I will bow to you' for the coming Sunday(17/8).

I agreed immediately, as i had waited for like a month.

So the very next day, biology common test was not in my mind but still think i did well for the paper or otherwise. I told some of my friends that I will be playing on Sunday but they seem indifferent.

Kind of hurt but this reminded me that I AM doing it for God and God only.

This bring me back to the reason why I started learning the piano last year July.

From then to now it was GOD that brought me this far and because of HIM I want to do my part to the best of my ability to glorify him.

So i was typically glued to the piano, practising very hard.

On Saturday, we had a run through or rehearsal. Quite scary but thank God that I had Annabelle at my side guiding me.

So the practiced ended at 7 plus, and hitch a ride from Annabelle to my long 'Limo'----MRT train.

When I got home at around 9p.m. feeling quite unsure I practice again.

The big day came, today, I chased my family to get ready fast so that I will not be in church late. Practice one final time in church with the full team and the service started. There were a few south Korea Christian came to visit us, but never hold the grudge that Singapore won 3-2 for table tennis on Friday.

Touched that my BS peeps sat right behind the piano area to cheer me on.

I prayed and played perfectly expect the last part a bit of hiccup.

Over here like to thank Annabelle for actually keeping the beat and keeping my nerves down during the whole thing and also for encouraging me ^^

HEY! Okay back after one week. Well sad to say that common test had started and need to study harder. I had been a bad girl but not doing my revision religiously, so now suffering but never mind lah!

Today had been really very tiring because i studied from morning to the afternoon before heading to church for youth cafe.

After our BS (Bible study), my whole group went over to the youth centre to chill.... I got to admit that it has been a long time since I went to the youth centre to chill. Youths started to flow into the youth centre when nearing 12.15pm. Swee Kiat( a.k.a SK) started his lame but extremely funny magic trick that got me laughing, haven't been laugh so hard.Maybe now too stress lah!

Hi guys ad gals! Sorry.... Did not update for the past two weeks. Other then the intensive band practices, I did my homework, trying to finish it but it looks like I have to bring my maths homework to Beijing. The intensive band practices is really extremely tiring, my lips are so dry that it start to peel, ouch!

Tomorrow I will be off overseas, heading towards Beijing and going for competition, so keep me in your prayers and hope the Riverside Band will be able to get a Silver(at least) or even better a Gold for the competition, so that our efforts will not go down the drain. Okay see you on the 2nd day of school! ^^

HAPPY PARENTS' DAY!

Well, today is the 1st day of June and my church will celebrate parents' day. It is a day where we honor and obey our parents and also a day of thanksgiving. There is lunch after the service and my group was under clean up!!! I had to wipe the tables and wash the cups. Washing of cups is easier said then done, the cups come in like never ending but "heng" my church has a small population so it is not so bad. ^^

*YAWN* So tried nya..... Today I woke up at 5pm, not for school but to send my grandparents to the airport as they will be heading off to Japan. OMG! So jealous!!!! They get to go to Japan while I am stuck in Singapore and of all places, going to China (again!) People out there, don't need to worry about me getting caught in the earthquake and cyclone cos' Beijing will not be affected. So wei guan(my senior) pls go!!!! i got to admit that my grandparents are great people! I love them! I remember when I was young, they would let me stay at their house and in the morning, sometimes they will bring me to East Coast Park, which is directly opposite their HDB flat. That is the reason behind me gain weight over the years!! HAHA! Well, on the way back home, I spend real quality time with my dad and younger sis, my dad, as usually, will try to correct our English and educate us in ALL sorts of way, really cannot imagine right!?

the weekdays are officially OVER! FINALLY! The intensive band practices are wearing me out and not forgetting remedial lessons! Well I had biology extra lessons, where Ms tang carry on with the normal lessons and talk about the parts of the plant, I didn't know that the parts of the leaf is very complicated! And physics extra lessons, more like lab lessons. I like going to the lab and do practical because it is quite fun as one don't need to listen to boring teacher teaching and I get to move about. The practical we did are on thin lens, very fun, and refractive index of glass, not fun at all lolz! EYE super pain nya!

Band practice was never so intensive till this week, every day have practice lah! So tried. Especially when I had to conduct warm up, my conductor was standing THERE watching me do the warm up. Sometimes he will stop the band and give me that look, saying the band is not up to standard, waiting for me to correct it. One problem: I don't really know what is wrong, maybe due to my ignorant musical skills? Ya but the rest of the practice was okay. ^^ EXPECT SECTIONALS! it is THE worst thing that I had been through. 1st---people chase us away and made us go round the school and is SUPER TIRING and my section members move very slowly. So piss off with the weather!!! SO hot!!! 2nd-----teach the tuba Juniors really can puke blood!!! No offence, but teaching need alot of patience and at that point of them I don't have.

Anyway, go loads of stuff to tell but need to go liao......... Another time kays?

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ARE HERE!

Not really anticipating the holidays because still got extra lessons and band practices! The best part of the holidays is.... I am going overseas! YEA! For people like me, going overseas is a very rare thing, so rather excited about going overseas NOT the country. Hee hee! ^^

Oh ya, I realize I never mention about me becoming a band major. Not bold or highlighted because being a band major is really tough business and I am kind of struggling with certain stuff like people not respecting me or even show dissatisfaction about me and refuse to voice out their unhappiness and this is extremely disturbing. I mean I am just a newbie, need alot of feedback or encouragement so that I can improve and become a better major for the whole band. So from this, hope everyone out there will be able to spare a thought for all your respective heads or chairpersons, leading people is tougher then it seems. However, I am not going to stop here, this is just a small obstacle that I need to overcome, and not forgetting many more in the future.

Today is meet the parent session. Waiting to go to school because my time slot is at 2pm. And my baby sister is tagging along! well, can say it is her 2nd time going to school. Hope she will have fun with yinnie ! :)

Hey everyone! this is the FOURTH day after mid-year exams have ended. At first it was sweet freedom but it turn out that I am seriously rotting at home, pls rescue me! I wish I was back at school doing maths,( OMG! did I actually say that! I must be crazy) Okay anyway, I went around to everyone's blog and update myself with some current stuff. Today is A-maths MYE, and it is not any other ordinary maths exams paper, well it is THE last paper and i am done with my mid-year examinations.... Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Now, i am so free, hope i will not end up rotting :0.
Well many things happened lately, and due to the mid-year, I am unable to use the computer because when I am about to use the computer, it is either occupied or I realize that i have not finish my revision.
Before i forget, I had my mid-year examinations in the hall! It is pretty cool, I also mean cold, since my register numbar is 20, i am sitted at the very back of the hall, quite comforting. Y? I get to see everyone suffering on the same fate as me, at least i know i am not only one suffering, and I get to sit for another exam with the ex-2e5dians. Talking about cool, the hall is SUPER cold, the air-con was directly blowing infront of my face, and after the 1st day in the hall, i made an effort to bring my jacket. The papers was pretty okay expect for my social studies and history essay question! I total blew it off! Die liao..... Now i am kind of scared about my grades! Well, the results will be released on 16/5/08, next friday, must prepare shield because all the results will shoot at me.

Anyway, will have fun at home, don't forget e-learning days. ^^

Hey guys! Well, I am kind of rotting and decaying at home. All my classmates are all out in Malaysia having fun at kota tinggi and will be having loads of fun at tonight's campfire and the worst part is i am not part of it! Maybe it us just too bad i wasn't able to attend for some reasons. However, God have his own reasons for not letting me go, maybe the reasons are:

-so that won't miss my English and Piano lessons(very valuable lessons and skills are being acquired)

-I can take care of jia xuan while my mom go for the meet-the-parent session held at my younger sister, Adeline, school

-I got a new piano just yesterday, and it will be delivered on next tuesday. "Heng!" I did not go for camp, if not I won't be able to choose the type of piano... hehe!

From this I hope everyone out there will learn that all circumstances will have there pros and cons, but at the end of the day remember that that day has been planned by God, actually not, it is EVERY SINGLE DAY is planned by God many thousand years ago. Good enough? Don't believe come to my church, at bishan.

Okay, lets not talk about the camp. Get down to serious matter. I got my report book! Muhahahahahaaaa..."ahem" grades not very good... but working on it

Frankly speaking, I look forward to it, Why? Because this is my FIRST YEAR taking the subjects I choose and I wanna see which subject I am good at. Good news: CT1 is coming to an end by next Monday(25/2) I got 25/25 for E-maths (full marks xia), I did improved in my English which proves that tuition does help and A-maths paper was easier then what i have expected. :) and no band!
Bad news: I don't think I did my best for Humanities, Chinese, and Physics. ya I have made careless mistakes in my A-maths paper. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!

Chinese New Year:
This year, I enjoyed the school performance because I was part of it, the Suzhou presentation! Well, I got to thank ms Sim because she made us stay back and say our speech in front of her and we have to do many times as she was never satisfied and we were quite irritated at the umpteen time we have to report to her. However, our efforts wasn't wasted and we did a good job, didn't we. Now I won't be afraid to do Scripture reading. hee hee! Ya and not forgetting the numerous ang paus I got and the fact that I got a distant ang mo cousin.Muhahaha!

Then on the 20th of January.......
It was YiHui's birthday, Happy belated birthday! Okay we got her a cake and our plan to surprise her was nearly ruin because will leave school at 1pm for netball match, eventually she came back at around 4 plus+++

21 days later.....

Hi I am back! Ok, not back from a Holiday but a crazy weeks.

As we all know at the struck of Midnight on the 31 December,

magically the last day of the year became the first day of a year.

Well, I mention that i will be back better then ever but my power seem to be dying off after the first day of school, why? I have to fight against the many and HEAVEY books I have carry to school and the number of homework I am getting.

To start, I got into class 3/5 the 2nd best class in the sec3 level and I am proud of it. At first i was kind of scared about what kind of teachers I am going to get because, using common sense, 3/4 being the 1st class, will get the best teacher and the not so good teachers will be spread out to the other classes. However, i was proven wrong, I got a good form teacher & chemistry teacher, Ms Fu wei: she is very nice, and I like the way she teachers and guide us. :)

Mdm Nora for my maths teacher: well, she good ok!But.......she can be quite fierce at times which make me miss Miss Christine Lim. Hai....... Maths no hope liao, very difficult lah! Mdm Nora say that the first chapter of E-maths were just appetizers and now is the beginning of the MAIN-COURSE. Everyday I am like suffocating in Maths homework and racking my brains to get the answers....

Teacher for my history and social studies is Mrs Lee , well can say she is vertically challenged and she teach very good :) I like it when she tells us stories and examples. ^^
Next will be the other 2 sciences, Biology and Physics, both got the new teachers. Well Siying once told me that it is very sway(bad luck) to have new teachers. However, things aren't what she expect....

Miss Tang, is my Biology teacher, she is very nice and she have experience in teaching students sitting for "O" level examinations and she met the Cambridge examiners before.
Then Mr Low, my physics teacher, ok another nice teacher, well a newbie teacher but 'heng' he attend a teaching course that is why his lessons is rather interesting.

That's all for the teachers, i try to post more often if i don't get drowned while doing my maths :)

Halo guys! Ok i know I have not been updating. Very busy this few days lah! Got band concert, Christmas Caroling, OGL training and shopping of Christmas gifts. Now all of it is OVER and I am siting back and relax, not forgetting getting ready for the NEW YEAR! Are you excited? Well, I am not because this means I am getting OLDER.

Let's recap on the past few days......

Band concert:
Glad that it is over! Phew! Very tiring you know that! To prepare for this concert we have band camp. Your must be wondering how was it, right? Well, one word = BORING!
Why? During the camp we have to practice,then sleep, then practice, then eat, then practice, then shit, then practice, then games(1h only, not each day but for the whole camp), then practice,then slack , then practice again..... The best part was the part where we watch late night movie "Hunchback" and masterclasses. Too bad no time to watch "Pirates of the Caribbean".

OGL training:
Well it is officially OVER! Can say a bit boring but overall ok lah! I like the OGL shirt, only the front part, hee hee!

Shopping for Christmas gifts:
Thank goodness i manage to keep within my budget. Hope your like the cards I send out to your! Maybe it may come in a bit late, sorry..... Come to think of it don't you get rather excited when you receive sth by post? Well, i think it gives one a SURPRISE! Maybe because e-mail too common and letter from your friends is hand written so is more sincere.

Christmas caroling:
Many may not know that i join caroling. Why did I join? Well, because my whole BS group perform/sing "lead me to the cross" on one Sunday, and so people ask us to join since we sang well. Hey, don't think I dunnoe how to sing ok! One day I will show your! Any way it was a great experience going door to door to sing and a great time to bond with my friends and get to know some more and to know God more.
Too bad your missed our church performance at Sunplaza(the dried up sunflower) at 10pm to 10.30pm, Sunplaza have this midnight shopping that day. And many for your turn down my offer on the 25 of December when I ask your to come to my church, I was perform/caroling on that day lah! So saddening and disappointing lah!Too bad your missed the sumptuous meal, they have spaghetti, pineapple rice, salad, sweet and sour pork, mushroom soup, ham, turkey, log cake....... Well hope that your won't turn down my offer the next TIME! So angry!!!!! But never mind, i had fun on that day, you too right?

Yo guys!

Today our class got the award for the most supportive class!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Maybe it was the banner that we use, but the fact is we WON!

Well your must be wondering what am I talking about!

Well we actually got a post-exam game that is to make a car using some materials they provide and to win there are two aspects (is it the right word? well, i don't know how to spell criti.....)

1st is that your car must travel the longest distance.

2nd is the class must cheering to support the people doing the car, well so the class that is the loudest(that's us), clear in words(ya, that's us) and creative in the cheer(us again), win .

Well, for the car we got 3rd and the prize is $2 bookshop voucher,

well not very fanciful but can be used in he buying of textbooks next year.

Talking about next year, I got my report book back and I know my ranking!

Yo guys! Sick of all the baby photos? Well, I guess I will stop for a while to get more photo to update.

Yesterday, the rain spoil all the fun! :( Mei Hui, Felicia, Phyllis and me wanted to go East Coast Park but since the weather isn't to our favour, so we went SHOPPING (that is what girls are for). First, we went to causeway to go metro to get some girl stuff for the upcoming trip to Suzhou, then we headed l.P. Zone to get pants for me and shirt for the others. It was the last day of the sales and I did not get my pants :( because don't have my size (this doesn't equate to I am fat) haiz..... So disappointing, a devastating blow. But I manage to get almost everything on my list before we left for Sun plaza.

The journey carries on when felicia and Mei Hui rush to get some snacks to fill the angry tummies.
One tip for all the girls out there: This fashion is a one stop that you must go! Especially the one in sun plaza, ultra big, You gotta love it. 100%
Tip No. 2: Go to Aries not Chamelon, it is much more cheaper$$.

Tip no.3: Warning! NEVER go to the M store alone! You will get killed by the cunning sales lady and the frigtening prices tags.(You know what I mean) Better be perpared with backup (and when you approch that shop run!) but there clothes are rather nice especially the shirts

Our Suzhou friends had went back home yesterday. I will sure miss my buddy, xi lei, even though she the totally opposite from me but I can tell she is a great person and hope she will be my friend forever. Here are some of the pictures i took with her before she left....
